I’m kind of torn on these curtains. They look fine once they’re up, but for the amount I paid, I expected them to feel a lot nicer. The quality isn’t terrible, but it’s definitely not impressive either. They give off this weird mixed vibe where they’re okay enough to keep, but not good enough to feel happy about the purchase. Frustrating overall.

This didn’t fit right at all and it wasn’t nearly as full as I expected. The photos made it look much better, so when I got it, it kind of felt like a bait and switch. Disappointing overall

Not gonna lie, I bought these mostly because my bedroom faces a really busy street and I was hoping they’d help quiet things down a bit. After putting them up, though, I don’t notice much of a difference. I can still hear cars going by, people talking outside, and the bus just as clearly as before.
They look fine and they might be decent for blocking light, but noise reduction was the whole reason I got them. For the price, I expected them to do a lot more, so they were disappointing for me.

I reached out to support a while ago, I think it was last week, or maybe the week before, and I still haven’t gotten any response. Frustrating when you’re just waiting around for someone to get back to you.

I’m not sure if it happened during shipping or what, but the box showed up crushed. The curtains were kind of dirty too, and they looked like they’d just been folded really badly. I was a bit disappointed when I opened it.

I mean, I was hoping these curtains would filter out more light, but they still let in quite a bit. Maybe I expected too much, but it’s kind of annoying.

The color I received looked totally different from the photos online. I even went back to compare because I thought maybe it was just my screen, but it still doesn’t look the same. Curious if anyone else had this happen too

I ordered some curtains and they did eventually show up, but not on the date I was originally given. From my side, the most frustrating part was the tracking because it kind of went quiet for a few days, so I wasn’t really sure what was happening.
Once the curtains arrived, they were perfectly fine and I’m happy enough with them. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but personally I’d feel better ordering again if the delivery updates were clearer and a bit more accurate...

The fabric just didn’t feel great to me. It was a bit scratchy and stiff, and overall it came off feeling cheaper than I expected

Trying to order was frustrating. The pages kept lagging on me, and I couldn’t even find basic curtain sizes without digging around forever. just made the whole thing feel harder than it should’ve been

The hardware just felt cheap and flimsy right out of the box, and the brackets broke way faster than they should have. Come on now, I expected it to hold up better than that.

I tried explaining the style I was going for, but it didn’t really feel like they were listening. They kept steering me toward options I had already said I wasn’t interested in, which was frustrating.
